Description
PCB Cleaning Conveyor
The PCB Cleaning Conveyor is a specialized inline machine designed to remove dust, particles, and static from the surface of printed circuit boards during the SMT production process. Positioned typically before solder paste printing or after routing processes, it ensures that PCBs enter critical stages in a clean, contaminant-free condition. The machine uses anti-static brushes, ionizing air blowers, and vacuum systems to thoroughly clean both the top and bottom surfaces of the boards without causing damage or scratches.
Fully compatible with standard SMT lines, the cleaning conveyor can operate independently or as part of a continuous production flow. It improves soldering reliability and reduces defects caused by dust or debris, especially important for high-precision or fine-pitch component assembly.
